Do I need to create an account with Nobile Collezione?

It isn’t necessary to create an account in order to shop with us. However, creating an account allows you to store addresses, track the status of your order and to view your order history.

 

Why do you need my email address to process my order? And what is it used for?

It’s important to us that you are kept up-to-date on the order process and informed of any transactions/orders that you make on Nobile Collezione. In order to do this, we need an email address. We never pass on your email address to any third party so your security is guaranteed.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days should you have ordered a product that is in stock in our warehouse. If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order by clicking on Login.

 

Where is my order?

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Simply click on the ‘forgot your password’ link from the Log in page. This will explain how to reset your password.

 

Can I view your products in person as well?

We are solely based online and do not have a showroom for you to view the products before purchase. However, products and prices are listed on our site and are always kept up to date. You are also more than welcome to contact us and perhaps arrange a tasting should you be based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

Mobile Collezione accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as EFT payments via PayFast, a secure payment processing service. We also accept payments via PayPal.

 

How often do you list new items?

We are continuously discovering great new products to add to our range, subscribe to our newsletter to see what’s new or you can click here to view our new arrivals.

 

Can I only place an order if I am from South Africa, or from abroad as well?

We are more than happy to deliver your package anywhere in the world, however we might charge additional shipping fees (depending on your location). All prices are quoted in local South African currency (ZAR), but feel free to make use of this tool to convert to your currency.

What are my payment options?

You have the option to pay via a MasterCard or Visa Credit Card, as well as EFT.

What is a CVV number?

The CVV Number (Card Verification Value) on your credit card is a 3 digit number on the back of VISA® and MasterCard® branded credit cards.

 

How do I pay using a credit card?

When you select to pay by credit card on the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment page where you can enter your credit card details. This process is safe and secure. Our payment gateways only use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.

How do I pay via EFT?

Once you have selected EFT to pay upon checkout click "order and pay now". The next page will display our bank details for you to make payment.

Please make sure you use your order number as the reference number. Send proof of payment to info@nobilecollezione.com and your order will be processed within the next working day. We can only accept an official bank generated proof of payment. We require a PDF document emailed to us - unfortunately text that has been copied will not be accepted.

 

Can I place an order and pay only when collecting or on delivery?

Unfortunately, all orders must be placed and paid for online before an order can be processed in our warehouse.

DELIVERY AND DISPATCH QUESTIONS

 

Do you charge delivery fees?

Yes, we do. This is calculated based on the weight of your order, as well as your location. Kindly note, should your total order amount exceed R2500, you will not be charged any delivery fee.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12h00 on working days for in-stock products will be shipped / dispatched between 3-5 working days. You will be notified via email (along with tracking details) once your order has been shipped.

 

What is considered a Major City Centre?

Deliveries to Major City Centres should occur within 2-3 working days from the day the order is dispatched. Orders for delivery outside of these areas and to suburbs further out from these centres (ODA: Outlying Delivery Areas), will take 3-5 working days for delivery.

How does Nobile Collezione’s delivery and dispatch work?

Goods that are available and in stock at our warehouse are shipped / dispatched within 3-5 business days. If the item is made to order, we will inform you soonest. You can expect to have these goods dispatched within 10-15 days – although generally the turnaround time is much quicker.

Please note: Deliveries are usually made before 12h00 (midday) on working days (Monday to Friday), however please allow until 17h00 for delivery. Please keep in mind that we would need someone to be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address (residential or commercial) supplied on checkout or your account.
